Who we areand how we work
Whatdefines us
SOLVYN stands for advice with clear judgment. We do not look at legal questions in isolation, but in the context of wealth, business, family, responsibility and commercial objectives.
Our aim is to bring order to complex matters so that sound decisions can be made. To do so, we combine legal precision and commercial understanding with a clear view of what works in the specific case and stands up legally.
We take a position without taking the decision away from the client. Matters are personally led, with clear responsibility, discretion and a focus on the structure that works in the specific case.

Discretion, clarityand responsibility
Discretion
Sensitive matters require restraint. We treat confidentiality as a condition of our work, not as a marketing claim.
Clarity
Complexity should not be passed on to the client. We aim to create clear structures, decision routes and documentation.
Responsibility
We work with a limited number of mandates to ensure direct involvement, careful judgment and personal accountability.
Integrity
Our benchmark is advice that stands up legally, makes commercial sense and can be implemented in practice.
Complex mattersneed more than isolated answers
Complex matters require more than isolated legal answers. What matters is how legal, commercial and personal consequences interact. We assess the facts, evaluate risks and develop options that are legally robust, commercially sound and practical.
Perspective
We look beyond the legal question to understand the economic context, the interests involved and the consequences of the decision.
Structure
We develop legal structures that make risks visible and provide a clear path forward.
Responsibility
We lead matters with clear accountability, personal judgement and a view to implementation.
