We process personal data exclusively within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions (GDPR, BDSG, TDDDG). This statement explains the nature, scope and purpose of the processing carried out on this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.

You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future.

Irrespective of this, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. An informal message to the email address above is sufficient to exercise your rights.

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When the website is accessed, the host processes technically necessary connection data in server log files (including IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser type). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the host.

Images and videos on this website are delivered via a web space under the subdomain assets.webmoderno.de, hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur (Germany). When these media are loaded, your IP address is transmitted to the delivering server for technical reasons. Transmission takes place exclusively in encrypted form (HTTPS) and serves the stable, performant presentation of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in reliable media delivery (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The servers are located in Germany; no transfer to third countries takes place. Fonts are loaded locally from our own server (no Google Fonts CDN).

If you contact us via the contact form, we process the data you provide (first and last name, phone number, email address and message) in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and our legitimate interest in handling your enquiry (lit. f).

The enquiry is transmitted to us solely by email; no further storage in a database takes place. For sending the email we use Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) as a processor. No double opt-in is carried out.

To protect the contact form against automated requests (bots), we use Cloudflare Turnstile provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Turnstile uses technical characteristics to determine whether the input is made by a human and does not set any tracking cookies. In doing so, your IP address may be transmitted to Cloudflare servers (including in the USA). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and spam (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Turnstile is technically necessary and therefore does not require separate consent.

We use Vercel Web Analytics for anonymised, cookieless audience measurement. Measurement is carried out without cookies and without cross-site recognition; no personal profiles are created and no data is shared with third parties for advertising purposes. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a statistical analysis of website usage to improve our offering (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the provider (Vercel Inc.). You may object to this processing at any time with effect for the future; an informal message to the email address stated above is sufficient.

This website uses exclusively technically necessary cookies. To store your acknowledgement of the privacy notice (so that it does not reappear on every visit), we set a cookie “datenschutz_hinweis” (SameSite=Lax, retention period of about one year). This cookie is required for operation (Sec. 25 (2) TDDDG) and contains no personal content. We do not set any cookies for advertising or tracking purposes.

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” in your browser’s address bar. When encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

We update this privacy policy whenever changes in data processing or the legal situation make this necessary. The version published here applies in each case.
